No refunds will be issued for user-initiated withdrawals, drops, or disconnections during gameplay due to personal device issues, poor internet connectivity, or voluntary exit.
Game outcomes determined as per platform rules are final and not subject to refunds.
No refunds are processed once the entry fee is successfully used to join a game.
Once a refund is approved by FOUR HEADS ONLINE SERVICES:
Refunds will be processed within 1–2 business days.
Amount will be credited back to the original payment method (Wallet, UPI, Bank, or Card).
Users will be notified via email/SMS/app notification once the refund is initiated.
