Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only under the following circumstances:

  • If a game is canceled by the system due to technical errors or server issues.

  • If a player is charged but the game fails to start, and entry fees are not utilized.

  • If a scheduled tournament or game room is canceled due to insufficient players.

  • If there is a duplicate transaction due to a technical glitch.


Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • No refunds will be issued for user-initiated withdrawals, drops, or disconnections during gameplay due to personal device issues, poor internet connectivity, or voluntary exit.

  • Game outcomes determined as per platform rules are final and not subject to refunds.

  • No refunds are processed once the entry fee is successfully used to join a game.


Refund Timeline

  • Once a refund is approved by FOUR HEADS ONLINE SERVICES:

    • Refunds will be processed within 1–2 business days.

    • Amount will be credited back to the original payment method (Wallet, UPI, Bank, or Card).

    • Users will be notified via email/SMS/app notification once the refund is initiated.


How to Request a Refund

To raise a refund request:

  • Include your User ID, Game ID, and Transaction ID.

  • Requests must be made within 48 hours of the issue occurring.
