Before Chip Allocation:
If your payment was successful but the chips were not yet credited to your SPR-RUMMEE wallet, you are eligible to request a refund.
After Chip Allocation:
Once the chips are added to your account, the transaction is considered final and non-refundable.
How to Request:
Email or call our support team with the transaction ID, payment method, date, and any screenshots (if applicable).
Processing Time:
Refunds are processed within 2–3 business days of verification.
Refund Method:
The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the transaction.

Refunds are supported in case of failed, duplicate, or unprocessed transactions.
